CheckHabit offers a paid Pro plan that unlocks advanced features such as unlimited habits, deeper insights, extended history access, and data export capabilities.
By purchasing a Pro plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable subscription fees and taxes
- Provide accurate billing information
- Authorize payments through our third-party payment provider
Pro access is granted for the duration of the purchased subscription period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Suspension & Termination
